This garage with attached studio in Cornwall is coming along very well now. It features cement board external cladding, uPVC windows and doors and a natural slate roof.

Garage, 10m x 6m, Cornwall

This is a bespoke timber frame garage we supplied and constructed for a local business. The main requirement was for the extra height for a tall work van.

The cladding is treated softwood and the roof covering is box profile metal roofing sheets.

7.0m x 6.0m Garage with studio above. Bodmin, Cornwall.

Here is a 7.0m x 6.0m garage with studio above. It is a timber frame construction to full buildings regulations for residential use.

The double garage has an automated garage door, opening into a fully insulated and plasterboared garage area.

Externally the garage is clad with pressure treated featheredge redwood. The roof has four velux roof lights and a small kitchen area. There is also a shower room with basin and W.C.

Windows and doors are handmade in Cornwall and there is a fantstic floor to ceiling feature window on the entrance wall. The exterior staircase has glass panels underneath the handrails.

Bespoke 3 Bay Garage, near Wadebridge, Cornwall

Here is a 3 bay garage we built near Wadebridge, Cornwall.

The design was tailored to suit the site and works extremely well.

Construction wise the frame work consists of pressure treated 6″ x 2″ timbers. Clad externallty with brown treated feather edge boarding. There are Oak feature posts along front.

The roof is a double hip design with natural slate. There is one enclosed bay with an electric up and over garage door.

Timber frame garage, Fowey, Cornwall

Here are some pics of a timber frame garage we built in Fowey, Cornwall. The site was uneven and not square. No drawings were made for the panels as these were made on site.

The doors are fitted and the render has been painted now.
It was an interesting site to build on. We do enjoy a challenge.

Single Garage and Workshop – Bodmin, Cornwall

This timber frame garage is 5.5m x 5.5m and less than 4m high.

The cladding is treated softwood feather edge cladding.

Internally there are three rooms, garage, workshop and storage.

The slates are French reclaimed slate with reclaimed ridge tiles.

Doors and windows are painted softwood.

Garage and stables, Penzance

We recently completed this garage with attached stables in Penzance.

It features a single standard size stable and one extra large stable.

The garage doors are standard size, H2133mm x W2133mm (7′ 0″ x 7′ 0″), however, the garage is taller than normal and features two velux winodws in the roof.

Inside the garage is a mezzanine for storage.

Groundworks and slate roof were done by others.

Garage with studio, St Teath, Cornwall

This garage was built in eary 2010. The exterior cladding is featheredge that has been treated with a brown stain. The roof is reclaimed French slate.

Eventually there will be a fully automated door fitted.

Internally it has been plasterboarded and skimmed both upstairs and in the garage area.

The velux windows provide ample light in the studio area and can be opened either top hinged or centre hinged.
