This garage was built in eary 2010. The exterior cladding is featheredge that has been treated with a brown stain. The roof is reclaimed French slate.
Eventually there will be a fully automated door fitted.
Internally it has been plasterboarded and skimmed both upstairs and in the garage area.
The velux windows provide ample light in the studio area and can be opened either top hinged or centre hinged.
