{"id":2151,"date":"2013-01-07T09:36:03","date_gmt":"2013-01-07T09:36:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.www.northcoastlogcabins.com\/?p=2151"},"modified":"2013-01-07T12:24:22","modified_gmt":"2013-01-07T12:24:22","slug":"st-petrocs-early-years-unit-bodmin-cornwall","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.northcoastlogcabins.com\/st-petrocs-early-years-unit-bodmin-cornwall","title":{"rendered":"St Petrocs, Early Years Unit, Bodmin, Cornwall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are very proud to have been choosen to supply and construct the new Early Years Unit for St Petrocs Primary School, Bodmin.<\/p>\n<p>The building is a timber frame construction with cedar cladding on the exterior.<\/p>\n<p>As the intended use is for children aged from 3-5 years we had to allow for this. The building conforms to all building regulations requiremants and all energy usage conforms to todays strict guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>The use of LED lighting, very efficient heating and lots of insulation means that the buildings carbon footprint is minimised as well as being very energy efficient.<\/p>\n<p>Internal finsihes are plasterboard with plaster skim. Solid timber doors throughout with safety hinges and fire doors.<\/p>\n<p>Bespoke aluminium windows and doors are used with double glazed and safety glazed units throughout.<\/p>\n<p>Oustside the area has been landscaped and fenced off which finishes the site perfectly.
