In 2023 North Coast Bespoke Homes started and completed the build of
four garden spa lodges for a hotel in Cornwall. Finished to a high end standard with bespoke finishes we are very pleased with the outcome of
this project.

As a company we managed the build from initial groundworks through to
final finishes. We worked alongside the clients electricians, plumbers and landscaper to ensure that the link between the hotel and the lodges was seamless. Following that al the hotel had to do was furnish the lodges and start letting them out.

We worked alongside our client to go through a range of different finishes to get the right feel, a particular feature is the worn look ceiling timber
cladding which gives a real coastal feel. The extended roof overhang gives visitors a space to be outside even in the wet Cornish weather and for when the sun is shining a large decked area is perfect with an outdoor
bath and shower.

Feature rafters and hit and miss internal cladding all gives the lodges a classic feel, the sliding door gives a better use of space and has a different look to stand out.

This cedar clad timber frame house in Feock, Cornwall is all done and looks great. The balcony and glass balustrade really work well.
